The Upsilon Chapter at the University of Michigan.
The Upsilon Chapter at the University of Michigan was chartered by the Alpha Chapter in 1892 and therefore was a legitimate chapter. The Upsilon Chapter was especially large and thriving. As a traditional class society, it was driven from the society in 1913-16 Interfraternity Conflict. It was also reported as Kappa Eta Chapter. There is doubtless more history to be written about this large long lasting chapter. The chapter lived to the early 1930’s.
