The Beta Xi Chapter at DePauw University was founded in 1896. The Beta Xi Chapter was an illegitimate chapter, possibly chartered by Alpha-Beta national. It appeares to have had a vigorous career. The Beta Xi seems likely to have been related to the Beta Chapter of Kappa Phi Omicron Kappa, although this cannot be demonstrated at this time. The last known references to the chapter date to 1914.
